Truck Stop Restaurants

We all know after a hard day’s work truck drivers like to pull into a Truckstop relax, unwind from being stuck in traffic.

But what really stinks is that most Truck stops like Loves Travel Plaza, Pilot, and many others have nothing but fast food, There needs to be more options with restaurants with home cooked meals and plenty of parking.  What ever happened to the good buffets?  There are still a few like the Golden Corral in Ruther Glen, VA on the east side of 1-95

Even some of the restaurants like Trucks stops of America or the Petro have a menu but many of there food item on the menu are not home cooked and are pre bagged and weighed from the lousy corporate offices that distribute the food, who enjoys that or would you like to see more restaurants at Truck Stops make home cooked meals?
