Getting really tired of services that are supposed to be available to truck drivers that are advertised both on your building and in your app, only to find out you don’t offer anymore. Western Union…displayed at the fuel desk and in your TruckSmart app only to not have it! What are we as drivers supposed to do? But then I forgot, you’re a travel center not a truck stop that helps drivers with services they can’t get done because we are 70ft long 😡

Ordered of the no pictures menu item that according to menu cost 15.75 have waiter 14.00 tip up front. Agree got to register they charged over 22.00 I grabbed menu to ask her to explain she just got attitude and ignored me. So with no explanation of price change and snotty attitude when asked a reasonable question I say sir then down. That’s totally taking advantage of your customer. And rude behavior

I wish I could give -5 stars. The parking lot is one of the worst petrol parking lot in the lower 48. The fuel pumps don’t work. The showers are terrible. The screens for the showers don’t work. The toilet seat was broken! they’re putting in pass gates You would think they should fix the rest of their outfit before they worry about collecting money for parking. I have never been to a worse petrol in all 48 states that I have to travel. This is a shame I have no trouble with paying to park, but this place should fix their problems before they install the gate. I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with this disgusting truckstop.The ladies working the restaurant were very nice!

Well, it’s 2/4/ 2025 I pulled into the petrol in Hammond, Louisiana cause I was low on time on my drive clock parked in the south west corner of the lot with four other trucks, sitting there and as guy in basketball shorts and a filthy T-shirt with his reflective vest knots on my door to tell me it’s reserved parking I said I don’t know and he said he’s telling me not sure who hired this nine bathing no wearing clean clothes to work individual that takes a picture of my truck number. Danny tells me he’s gonna call the cops so I moved to another spot in the parking lot walk into the convenience store and the lady who worked there said that they don’t deal with the parking but they’ve had lots of complaints about him trying to charge drivers $20 for parking on top of the 22 so I walk back to the field Island and a little short thick, glad it goes hit reserve guy tall is funny that he only walked up to one truck and she goes now he walked up to all trucks not as long as I’ve been sitting there hadn’t and threatened to call the cops on me. If I catch him around my truck again he ain’t gonna like it and she asked me if I want to pay for a parking spot.
